I completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University and residency at AdventHealth in Orlando, FL, both alongside my amazing husband, Dr. Konstantin Alekseyenko. My passion is restoring the heart of healthcare. Tired of the bureaucracy and delays in traditional medicine, I’m committed to providing direct, personalized care where you can reach your doctor when you need them most. My goal is to guide you through your health journey with a collaborative, supportive approach, empowering you to make the best choices for your well-being. This vision led to the creation of Family Direct Care, where we focus on giving you the care you deserve. I look forward to partnering with you to support your health and lifestyle!
Konstantin Alekseyenko, DO

I am a co-founder of Family Direct Care and a board-certified family medicine physician. I completed my Bachelor's in Exercise Science at UC Davis and master's in medical sciences at Boston University before earning my medical degree alongside my wife, Dr. Cristina Alekseyenko, at Nova Southeastern University. We then went on to complete our residency together at Advent Health in Orlando, Florida. I'm deeply passionate about maintaining a healthy balance between work and life, and I believe that when physicians take better care of themselves, they are able to provide the best care possible to their patients. My approach to medicine is simple, cut through the red tape, eliminate unnecessary restrictions, and offer care with complete autonomy to help people live healthier lives. I'm excited to bring this philosophy to Family Direct Care, where we can offer personalized, unrestricted care to those who need it most.”
Amber Posey, DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Amber Posey is a dedicated Primary Care Physician with a passion for holistic patient care. She earned her undergraduate degree in neuroscience from the University of Virginia, where her interest in health and wellness took root.
After completing her degree, Dr. Posey moved to New York City to attend Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she honed her clinical skills and developed a patient-centered approach to medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey, gaining valuable experience in diverse medical settings and cultivating her ability to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families.
Originally from Virginia, Dr. Posey now resides in Florida, where she enjoys the warm climate and vibrant community. Outside of her practice, she cherishes spending quality time with her husband and daughters. In her free time, Dr. Posey enjoys reading, creating art, and trying new recipes, believing that these pursuits enrich both her personal life and her medical practice.

This approach allows her to provide personalized, accessible care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, emphasizing prevention and wellness without the constraints of traditional insurance models. Marjy has been a vital part of Family Direct Care since July 2024. I’ve had the privilege of knowing her for over 20 years, and when the time came to grow our practice, I knew without a doubt that Marjy possessed all the qualities needed to support our patients and operations. Little did I know that she would bring a wealth of qualities I hadn’t even realized I needed.
Marjy’s passion and dedication to the well-being of our patients and the success of this practice make her an invaluable extension of myself. Whether you’re calling to schedule an appointment, reschedule, or need help coordinating care with outside providers, pharmacies, or agencies, Marjy is your first point of contact. She’s always in direct communication with our patients, especially while I’m seeing others in the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

With 25 years of experience in healthcare, Katie Riley brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Inspired by her mother, a retired nurse, Katie decided to pursue a career in nursing to make a positive impact on others’ lives. Katie's approach to patient care is rooted in treating others the way she would want her own family members—or herself—treated. She believes in creating a comfortable, supportive, and compassionate environment for her patients, always putting their needs first. Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, playing board games, swimming, and visiting the beach. Originally from Minnesota, she completed her nursing education there and carries a strong connection to her roots. Katie’s dedication to her patients and passion for nursing makes her a trusted and valued member of our team.
